What We Offer
Services
Meals
We are committed to providing nutritious meals for the local homeless population. We currently serve 1,000+ meals per month.
Overnight Beds
We currently have a 40 bed capacity to allow for overnight stays. While this offering is only available for men, with our expansion plans, we're planning to offer female housing in the future.
Life Assistance
We help facilitate Peer Support Resources to guide in acquiring copies of I.D. cards, Social Security cards, birth certificates, veteran’s benefits (via Wellspring), health services from ULM, drug rehabilitation resources, computer classes, and P.O. Box mailing addresses.
Laundry
We have 2 washers and 2 dryers for use, including washing powder. Guests are encouraged to sign in at the front desk.
Male & Female Showers
Our facility currently offers seperate showers and changing rooms for both male and female guests.
Recreation
We offer various recreational activities, such as a full basketball court, movie nights, board games, and more.
Additional Services
We are currently raising funds to build an additional facility that will allow us to serve more of the area’s homeless and bring a full range of services under one roof. For example, we would like to expand facilities to allow for women’s overnight housing. If you would like to learn more about how you can assist with these efforts, click here:
Our campus is intended for use by those who are homeless or about to become homeless. If you require other types of support, such as bill and grocery assistance, please contact Louisiana 211.
